Q. Are you a national company?
A. No, we are a local window company serving Sutton Coldfield and the surrounding areas. However we do carry out installations further afield as and when requested.
Q. How long does it take for a quotation?
A. It depends on how long you keep us! All we need to do is measure the windows from the inside, discuss what designs you like and thats that.
Q. Will I be forced to make a decision and sign on the dotted line like other companies try to do?
A. No price is given during our visit. We take the measurements back to the office and respond within three days with a written quotation. its then up to you to get back to us when you want to.
Q. Do you have a showroom?
A. No. Its very hard for us to offer such a state-of-the-art product at an affordable price. Having a staffed showroom would make it difficult to keep prices affordable.
Q. What if i want to view some windows, you dont have a showroom?
A. It's much better to view the windows on a real house, rather than on a wall in a showroom. We will happily take you to one of our installations for you to see the windows properly fitted. Many of our customers tell us we are more than welcome to bring prospective customers to see the work. Just because we take you to see some completed jobs does not mean you are under any obligation.
Q. As well as windows, do you install conservatories?
A. Yes we do. Did you know we can offer 10 different types of energy efficient glass including anti solar glare and self cleaning?
Q. Are your windows quieter than normal double glazing?
A. Yes. Our triple glazed units offers better acoustic properties than normal two pane glazing. With the laminated outer pane installed, noise is reduced further more.
Q. Will I notice the difference with my heating bills once your energy efficient windows have been installed?
A. yes. With our triple and four pane technology units, double gas filling and warm edge Swisspacer technology, you will more likely have more heat going through your walls. It may be worth looking at other ways to make your home energy efficient such as cavity wall insualtion, loft insulation and even solar powered heating.
